Strategy Culture Alignment

We take our own medicine. All of our coaches have coaches themselves, and we believe in professional development. At least annually, we host a retreat for our coaches where we sharpen each other and ensure that we’re always at the top of our game. In November, about 15 of us gathered at beautiful Lake Keowee, in Sunset, SC, and learned from Michael Stewart of Work Effects.
