Growing as a leader requires two things: humility and curiosity.
Humility
First, good leaders are humble–they don’t think they have all of the answers. They are constantly questioning whether or not their approach is the best. Not out of a lack of confidence, but out of a desire to always improve.
Curiosity
Second, growing as a leader requires curiosity. Are there better ways to accomplish things? Do I need to be reading more about a specific topic, or should I seek out someone else’s opinion? Don’t be satisfied with the status quo.
Do you want to grow as a leader? Be humble. Be curious.
